Hello Everyone,
We’re excited to share some good news: Austin Moore has joined TradeWinds as a Financial Advisor, and we wanted you to be among the first to know.
Austin is a Raleigh native. He was born and raised here and still calls it home today. He graduated from NC State University in 2021 with a degree in Business Finance and earned his CFP® designation in March 2025. Before joining us, Austin spent nearly five years at CAPTRUST on the wealth planning team, where he supported advisors and their clients and developed a real passion for financial planning. He’s excited to bring that experience to TradeWinds, working directly with clients and walking alongside them through every stage of their financial lives.
Outside the office, Austin is an active member of King’s Table Church and serves as Treasurer of Tamarisk Community, a local nonprofit that supports young adults aging out of foster care. He’s also often found spending time with his wife, Natalie, and their dog, Gus, or playing tennis and basketball while also cheering on the Wolfpack on football Saturdays.
