Stephanie Williams, CFP^®

President

Stephanie began her career as a Financial Advisor with Smith Barney in 2004. She joined forces with Tim at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2015 where she developed her skills in portfolio management. She obtained her CFP® distinction in 2021 and enjoys a focus on client relationships as a financial planner, while also overseeing portfolio allocations for TradeWinds.

In 2023, Stephanie ascended to the role of President at TradeWinds, where she ensures the seamless operation of all internal departments and upholds the firm’s commitment to first-rate client service. In her daily duties, Stephanie creates organizational clarity, communication, and consistency while maintaining harmonious integration for the Leadership team.  

Stephanie holds a Business Finance degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and an MBA from Elon University. She lives in Raleigh with her husband, Britton, and their two sons, James and Rankin. Together, they enjoy traveling, playing tennis, and engaging in outdoor activities. Stephanie is also an avid reader.
