Operations Specialist, Paraplanner

Grayson is a North Carolina native and a proud graduate of East Carolina University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She also holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation, strengthening her expertise in supporting financial planning teams and enhancing the client experience.

She began her career at Fidelity Investments in Durham, working on the high-net-worth team and partnering closely with clients to support trading needs and day-to-day financial operations. This experience built a strong foundation in finance and sharpened her skills in client relationship management, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.

As an Operational Specialist and Paraplanner at TradeWinds, Grayson plays a key role in optimizing internal processes and delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience. Her FPQP® training allows her to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for both advisors and clients.

Outside of work, Grayson enjoys running, spending time with her dog Luna, and tackling challenging jigsaw puzzles.
